UK Postage
All orders to the UK will be charged at reasonable rates.
Orders will be despatched within one working day. Please note this doesn't include Saturday's after 10:30am and Sundays due to being a non-working day.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail which takes 1-3 working days for delivery. All orders over £200 will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery which is usually next day delivery guaranteed.
Luxo Fashion Limited are not responsible for any deliveries that go missing due to an incorrect address provided or any deliveries which haven't been collected from the Post Office within the time scale provided by Royal Mail.
Luxo Fashion Limited are no longer responsible for parcels once they have been legitimately delivered & received; this includes returns (please refer to our policy page for further information).
